The background of the industry
It has been a problem that librarian need to spend a lot of time in managing and sorting the books. 

Goal to achieve
With RFID system, the management level of books could be improved, the working efficiency could be increased and the working strength of manager could be lowered. It achieves the function of auto-checking, auto-lending, auto-locating, auto-sorting.


  



The working process
It is need to stick the RFID tag for the books at first. And then data will be wrote into the tag through the RFID Writer.This Process means to give each book with a unique ID card.

New Book Shelves 


The new book with RFID tag, using a cart-type moving inventory system to scan books, the system will automatically locate the bookshelf for the books right position from the map ,and put away the books to the designated shelf.This system could scan whole shelf and put the books in right position.






Inventory checkingWhen inventorying library books, you can use the mobile inventory system or the handheld inventory system to scan all the bookshelf that need to be counted, and then transfer the data into the database through wireless network transmission to complete the inventory. A lot of manpower and material resources can be saved.


When the reader borrows a book, he only needs to scan the borrowed card on the self-service borrowing machine, and then put the borrowed books together in the scanning area of the borrowing machine and confirm the borrowed books by scanning. The system can record the borrowing information to complete the borrowing at the same time print the ticket using a thermal printer. The whole process is completely self-help, convenient and fast. The book return operation is simpler, only need to scan the book, you can complete the return operation and print the return book.




24 hour auto book returning system
The self-service book-returning system can be installed on the wall like a bank ATM or placed in a suitable location for the reader to return books at any time. The reader only needs to put the book into the book-returning port and confirm returning, the return of the book can be completed and the return document can be printed.



Security checking system
When a book without borrowing confirmation passes through the security door, the system will automatically perform an audible and visual alarm to prevent the book from being taken out. The security access control supports two working modes, online and offline, which is safer and more reliable.




24 hours auto library 
After scanning the library card and confirming the identity, the reader selects the book that he wants to borrow, sends it to the borrowing port, and prints the ticket. The returning process only needs to put the book into the returning port, the system automatically recognizes the returning book and prints the related notes, and automatically puts the book in the correct position.


Book auto-sorting system
The library sorting system can sort books quickly and easily. The standard sorting port is the front, left and right destinations, and you can freely add more sorting destinations.
